He still has many inherent weaknesses but the buffs have put Taric back into the spotlight where he belongs. BUT, with the mana reduction buffs, especially the ones from 11.14, Taric's ability to clear, teamfight, save enemies etc. Taric has generally been in a poor spot in recent seasons.
